<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for producing a ceramic board in which an end face electrode of various shapes can be formed including a wide end face electrode. SOLUTION: Thin layers of a material for insulating layer, a UV-curing monomer, and a slip material containing an organic binder are laminated to obtain a molding of insulating layer 20a. It is then subjected, on the surface thereof, to exposure and developing to form an annular through hole 23 for end face electrode. Subsequently, the through hole 23 is filled with a conductive paste which is also printed onto the surface of molding of insulating layer 20a to form an inner wiring pattern 26. The molding of insulating layer 20a is then laminated and a split groove is made therein while passing through a plug on the inside of annular through hole 23 for end face electrode before firing the molding of insulating layer 20a.</p> |
