PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep secure guards on machine, and improve energy saving effect and security by controlling the lighting of a common part and a communication passage according to the output of a detecting means. SOLUTION: A transmission interface 2R sends and receives data to and from a card reader CRAB which detects an entry into a building and exiting through the communication passage RAB according to ID decision making, card readers CRA and CRB provided to the entrance exit doors DA and DB of buildings A and B, and card readers RA1 and CRA1 provided to the doors DA1 and DA2 , and DB1 and DB2 of respective living rooms A1 and A2 , and B1 and B2 in the buildings A and B. Further, an interface 8R outputs an electric locking/unlocking signal to an entrance exit door DAB and outputs lighting control signals to lighting devices 1KA, 1A1 , 1A2 , 1RAB, 1KB, 1B1 , and 1B2 . Then a CPU 5R controls the lighting of the common part and communication passage according to the output of those detecting means. |
