<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the process of inspecting workpieces aligned by a work aligning jig and a marking process or the process of taking the workpieces from the work aligning jig. SOLUTION: This work aligning jig 11 is for holding workpieces (a) in a predetermined alignment, and has an identification means provided on the outside of its frame 12 for identification of the individual work aligning jigs 11. The workpieces (a) held in the predetermined alignment on the work aligning jig 11 are inspected, and before or after this inspection the identification means of the work aligning jig 11 is read, and the positions of the workpieces (a) specified by the inspection are stored in memory for each piece of identification information about the individual jigs, read from the identification means. Based on the information stored in memory, the positions of defective and nondefective workpieces (a) held on the work aligning jig 11 are specified, and the defective and nondefective workpieces are either marked differently or taken form the work aligning jig 11.</p> |
