PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose waterproof structure for a camera where a part of member such as a hanging ring fixed on the outer surface of the body frame of the camera is exposed from the aperture of a body cover with which the body frame is covered and to prevent water from infiltrating into the body cover of the camera from the part. SOLUTION: The hanging ring 3 is fixed on the inner surface of the body cover 2 by using adhesive (sealing material) 4 so as to seal a gap formed with the aperture 2b of the cover 2 in between. Attaching holes 2c and 3d piercing the ring 3 and the cover 2 are formed on the ring 3 and the cover 2, and a screw hole for tightening an attaching screw through the though-holes 2c and 3d is formed on the body frame, then the ring 3 and the cover 2 are tightened together on the body frame.
