PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately confirm a vacuum-suction state of part vacuum-sucked by a number of vacuum-suction nozzles moving up and down which are arrayed in a rotary circumference of the rotary head capable of rotating, without stop ping rotation of a rotary head at a specific location. SOLUTION: In a method for confirming a vacuum-suction state of parts 21 vacuum-sucked by a number of vacuum-suction nozzles 10 moving up and down which are arrayed in a rotary circumference of a rotary head 1 capable of rotating, a backlight member 12 is provided in a location enclosing the vicinity of a parts vacuum-suction end 10a of the vacuum-suction nozzle and provides backlights when imaging, and a mark 16 is formed on a face 15 of the parts vacuum-suction end side thereof. The mark 16 is imaged by a camera 18 together with parts vacuum-sucked by the vacuum-suction nozzle, and the vacuum-suction state of the parts can be confirmed according to the relative location relation between the imaged mark 16 and the parts. |
