<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a negative photosensitive compsn. for color filter having high resolution and decreased surface staining by incorporating a specified compd. into an acrylic monomer. SOLUTION: The compd. expressed by the formula is incorporated into an acrylic monomer, in the negative type photosensitive compsn. for color filter consisting of an acrylic resin contg. a carboxyl group, acrylic monomer, polymn. initiator, pigment and solvent. In the formula, R<1> , R<2> , R<4> to R<7> denote 1 to 6C alkylene groups which may be respectively different; l, m, and n is 0 or 1 and R<3> denotes hydrogen or methyl group. The acrylic resin contg. the carboxyl group include binder polymer formed by copolymerizing monomers, such as (meth)acrylic acid and maleic (anhydride), having carboxyl groups an comonomers, such as styrene andα-methyl styrene. The weight average mol.wt. of the acrylic resin is preferably in the range of 1,000 to 10,000 and the content of the carboxyl group in the range of 5 to 200 in acid value, respectively.</p> |
