PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heat cooker of less heat distortion, favorable productivity, and low cost by casting a nonmagnetic aluminum main body to be entangled in magnetic metal gauge as a heating member at a bottom part of the electromagnetic induction heat cooker. SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic induction heat cooker 3 such as an electromagnetic cooker, an electric rice cooker, and a pot, a nonmagnetic aluminum main body 2 is cast at a bottom part 18 to be entangled in a magnetic metal gauge 1 as a heating member. In manufacturing this electromagnetic induction heat cooker, the magnetic metal gauge 1 is fixed on a surface of a die-casting die inside it where an electromagnet is formed, molten aluminum is then injected at high speed to be entangled in the magnetic metal gauge 1 fixed on the electromagnet. The electromagnetic induction heat cooker 3 of favorable heat efficiency, less heat dstortion, high productivity, and low cost can be provided. |
