PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce further the weight of erection facilities of a bridge main body. SOLUTION: In a construction method, what we call a P&Z method, a prestress is applied to blocks, such as the blocks B1, B2, B1' and B2' and so forth formed with cast-in-place concrete so that the blocks may be constructed, thereby erecting a bridge main body 3. When a transfer girder 20, which suspends a pair of form devices 30 and 40, is loaded on both ends of the front existing area constructed on a pier 1 by way of racks 8 and 9, fasteners 50 and 60 are stretched in such as fashion that a downward supporting force may be applied to a plurality of locations in the bride erection direction within the area between the racks 8 and 9 of the transfer girder 20, thereby constituting the transfer girder 20 with a passed girder main body and two reinforcing girders 24 and 26, which are slidable inside. The reinforcing girders 24 and 26 are laid out near the racks 8 and 9. |
