PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealing structure of a flex meshing transmitting device by integrally forming a flexible spline provided with a close end, and an attaching flange to which the flexible spline is to be attached by a method different from the normal method by means of a single material. SOLUTION: A closed end of a flexible spline 15 is a cup-shaped wall arranged inside a circular spline 40 and provided with a partition plate 17 traversing the terminal, and a flare end 21 of the flexible spline 15, whose diameter is extended on one side in the axial direction is integrated with an attaching flange 22 airtightly fixed to a housing 56. Accordingly, the flexible spline 15 functions as one part for completely preventing gas from leaking or impurities from entering from one side to the other side of the housing 56 in the axial direction. A rod-like metallic material of a solid cast article is used as a material, which can prevent leakage in comparison with a case where a little metal for forming the wall and the partition plate is machined by the other method. |
