PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the mottle in images by long-term exposure by including a sample layer, phosphor layer and means for recording light energy which are respectively specific into the assembly. SOLUTION: The sample layer 10 is obtd. from an electrophoresis apparatus which separates, for example, a biological sample by the effect of an impressed voltage. This sample layer 10 may be directly formed on the surface of the phosphor and more typically, the discrete formation of the sample layer and the subsequent placement thereof on the phosphor 20 are possible as well. The sample layer 10 comes into contact with the phosphor material 20 deposited on a transparent substrate 25. This transparent base 25 is placed on the means for recording the light generated from the phosphor (in such a case, a photographic film 30 including a photosensitive emulsion layer 35 and a base 37) in the state of maintaining contact therewith. A reflection layer 40 may be disposed in some cases on the photographic film base as well.
