PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode which excels in adhesiveness by laminating an active material layer comprising an active material and a binder with the ratio of a composition being changed in the direction of the thickness on the collector surface of a positive and a negative electrodes. SOLUTION: A first coating of a positive electrode active material coating liquid mainly containing an LiCoO2 powder of 82 parts by weight, a conductive agent graphite powder of 9 parts by weight and a binder polyvinylidene fluoride resin of 9 parts by weight is performed by a die coater on aluminum foil and dried to obtain the coating thickness of 20μm. Next, a second coating of a positive electrode active coating liquid mainly containing the LiCoO2 powder of 89 parts by weight, the conductive agent graphite powder of 9 parts by weight and the binder polyvinylidene fluoride of 2.5 parts by weight and dried to obtain the coating thickness of 100μm. Similarly, a negative electrode is operated similarly twice on copper foil, thereby obtaining the dried thickness of 20 and 100μm. Similarly, an active material layer comprising an active material and a binder is coated on the collector surface by changing the ratio of a composition to a binder, so that an electrode plate which excels in adhesiveness with respect to the collector surface can be obtained. |
