PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle the situation even in the case of occurrence of double errors such as the short circuit state of a triac in the control circuit of an exposure lamp and the fault of a lamp regulator control part. SOLUTION: In the case the triac 51 of a lamp regulator 102 is in a short circuit state and the control circuit 49 of the lamp regulator 102 is out of order, a control part 100 judges that abnormality occurs and outputs an off-signal to an MC relay circuit 46 so as to turn off power supply from a power source 40 to the exposure lamp 61. Then, it outputs the off-signal to an SSR 52 so as to turn off the power supply from the power source 40 through an MC relay 54 to stop various motors connected to a motor driving circuit 53. By turning off the MC relays 41 and 42, the power supply from the power source 40 to a heater lamp 44 is turned off. |
