PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display means for screen adjustment items at a low price when the size, position, distortion, etc., of a screen are adjusted. SOLUTION: When a control button for selection of a screen adjusting operation part 27 is pressed, its select signal is inputted to a CPU 26 and a mode for screen adjustment is entered; and the CPU 26 controls a video preamplifier 22 a for red, green, and blue to display a specific color corresponding to the selected specific screen adjustment item, for example, over the entire screen. For example, when the size of the screen is corrected, the entire screen is displayed in a monochrome of red to indicate the mode of screen size correction and similarly the screen is displayed in green for the correction of the position of the screen and in blue for the correction of distortion. Consequently, the number of control buttons may be small. No extra components is needed and the number of components many be small. Further, none of an expensive on- screen display circuit, etc., is required. |
