PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select two communication means in a radio switching system in accordance with the state of a radio terminal by instructing the radio terminal to perform communication by means of the 1st or 2nd communication means via a main device based on the measurement result of the response time. SOLUTION: This system consists of a switchboard 101 which stores a public circuit 102 and has a switching function and a radio connection function, the radio personal telephone sets 103-A, and 103-B which perform communication of both control and voice data to the switchboard 101, and the data terminal equipments 104-A to 104-F which perform communication of the control data to the switchboard 101 and also the direct communication among the terminals. When an extension transmission request is received from a radio terminal, an instruction is given to the radio terminal to perform communication by means of a 1st or 2nd communication means based on the measurement result of a response time measurement means. Thus this radio switching system can select two communication means according to the state of the radio terminal. |
