摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aluminum alloy composite for brake disk, having excellent wear resistance and high thermal conductivity, capable of preventing the occurrence of overheating at material surface due to frictional heat by liberating the frictional heat occurring at the time of braking into the inner part of material, and capable of producing stable braking property without causing seizure. SOLUTION: This composite is composed of an aluminum alloy powder compact having a composition consisting of 2-10% Si, <=2%, in total, of one or >=2 elements among Ni, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Ti, and Cr, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. Further, either or both of SiC grains and AlN grains, having 1-15μm average grain size, are dispersed by 3-15% in total in the matrix of the compact, and thermal conductivity is regulated to >=180w/Mk.
