<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To renew an ID code in which the memory of a keyless entry system body is stored from time to time by transmitting a registration signal in succession to a normal signal from a transmitter. SOLUTION: When the operation button 51 of a transmitter 50 is operated, a normal signal is transmitted to a keyless entry system 100. When the button remains pressed for 10 seconds or more, a registration signal composed of a control code for instructing locking and releasing and an ID code registered in a memory 15 is transmitted. When CPU 10 of the 100 judges that a received ID code agrees with the code registered in a memory 14, judging is performed as the signal of the transmitter 50 paired with the body 100, and its instruction is carried out. When the body 100 receives the registration signal, a timer 20 is started. When a second registration signal is received within 30 seconds, CPU 10 enters a registration mode, a conventional ID code received at one time is eliminated, a newly added ID code is registered to the memory 14 as a new ID code.</p> |
