<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge an operating fluid out of contact with metal parts by feeding the operating fluid flowing to the outside of the side direction of operating wheels into a circular collecting channel formed between the lower operating wheel and a gate with a blocking means, and selectively connecting the channels to a recycle container or a separate drainage section with a gate. SOLUTION: An abrasive cleaning fluid flows out from the outside portions of operating wheels 12, 14 and the inside portion of a hollow space 100 between the operating wheels 12, 14. The fluid from the hollow space 100 flows into an inside channel 90 through a stationary tube 102. The fluid flowing outward is prevented from further flowing outward by a ring 74, and it flows down through the passage between a pin ring and the lower operating wheel 14 and flows into a channel 80. Most of the operating fluid is collected to the channels 80, 90, and it is fed to a recycling tank or a discharge system in response to the positions of a gate 84. A tank is provided around a device, and the operating fluid not collected by the channels 80, 90 is collected in the tank.</p> |
