PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb extrusion die of superior die performance and long life. SOLUTION: A die 20 is constituted of a feed section 22 with a plurality of feed holes 23 for feeding a material to be extruded, a discharge seciton 26 with discharge holes for discharging the material to be extruded as a honeycomb structural body with a passage network and a multilayer transition section 24 for carrying the material to be extruded from the feed section 22 to the discharge section 26 and adjusted thereon arranged between the feed section 22 and the discharge section 26.
