PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a foamed molded object of excellent quality with high work efficiency. SOLUTION: A mold consisting of an upper mold 11 and a lower mold 12 is used in a molding method and a foamable raw material is injected into the cavity of the lower mold 12 to close the upper mold 11 and, subsequently, the foamable raw material is foamed and the gas in the cavity 3 is discharged to mold a foamed molded object integrally lined with an air permeable sheet (felt with a thickness of 1-5mm and density of 50-200g/m<2> ). The lower mold 12 has a plurality of the gas venting grooves 120 provided to the opening peripheral edge of the cavity 3 thereof while the upper mold 11 has the air permeable sheet 4 temporarily fixed to the part opposed to the cavity 3. The air permeable sheet 4 integrally has gas venting extension parts 42 at the part opposed to the gas venting grooves 120 of the lower mold 12. |
