PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth resin deposits by crushing them by making a backing impregnated with thermosetting resin varnish, reheating a resin prepreg which is set to a B stage by heat drying, and pressing a prepreg main body by a roll. SOLUTION: Glass cloth 1 taken up into a roll is impregnated with resin varnish 6 in an impregnation tank 2 and heat-dried by a drier to obtain a prepreg. The prepreg, after being cooled naturally, is heated by a heater 4 for reheating to be softened and pressed by a press roll 5 through a mold release belt 7. The prepreg in which an epoxy resin contained in the glass cloth 1 is set to a B stage is made a prepreg main body. Resin deposits are dotted on the surface of the prepreg main body. The prepreg in which the thermosetting resin is still soft at the outlet of the drier is pinched by the press roll 5 to obtain the aimed prepreg. |
