PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the durability of a device through enhancement of the durability of a cover member and to facilitate replacement of cover member. SOLUTION: A road tack comprises a base 2, a cover member 4 enclosing the base 2, a fastening member to fasten the cover 4 to the base 2, a hole 12A for fastening member provide a in the cover member 4 where the fastening member is to be inserted, and a bushing 14 interposed between this hole 12A and the fastening member. The bushing 14 should have a greater length than that of the hole 12A, and a resilient seal member 15 is installed between the cover 4 and base 2 in a position outside the bushing 14. |
