PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain blended paper of egg shell membrane fine powder having high practicality and effectively retained in properties of egg shell film without impairing the properties and provide the egg shell membrane fine powder blended paper as various kinds of functional paper having new uses such as humidity control, oil absorption and removal of sebum. SOLUTION: An egg shell membrane is immersed in water or an alcoholic solvent and subjected to at least either one of stone mill type rotation grinding and ball mill type grinding to prepare powder of egg shell membrane by a wet pulverizing method and fiber structure of the fine powder is entangled to produce the objective blended paper having sheet shape. Since the paper is blended paper due to self-adhesiveness between fibers of egg shell membrane fine powder, contact area with outside air is increased and a function which egg shell membrane has is smoothly developed. Then, the blended paper can be provided into a market as various kind of paper having new uses such as conditioned paper and oil-absorbing paper. Convenience of use is increased by processing the powder of the egg shell membrane into paper.
