PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for determining a blood flow dynamical parameter during extra-corporeal hemotherapy. SOLUTION: The blood reaches a dialyzer 10 or a filter of a hemotherapy device through an artery branch 20 of an extra-corporeal circuit 9 of the hemotherapy device 7 fluidly communicated with an artery section 21 of a fistula 6 and further is re- circulated through a vein branch 22 of the extra-corporeal circuit 9 fluidly connected to a vein section 23 of the fistula 6. In the artery branch 20 of the extra-corporeal circuit 9, the dominant temperature TA is measured under the change of blood flow, and the temperature TV of the vein branch 22 of the extra-corporeal circuit is kept constant. The parameter of a function TA(QB) which shows the temperature in the artely branch 20 of the extra-corporeal circuit 9 and previously given from the measured pair of artery temperature TA and the extra-corporeal blood flow QB is defined as a blood flow QB function and by utilizing the above, fistula flow QF, the body temperature TB and the cardiac output (litre/min.) CO can be determined.
