PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe which has no possibility of entering and elution of foreign therein/therefrom, is good in liquid-tightness and air-tightness and has a small sliding resistance when it is used. SOLUTION: A prefilled syringe comprises a barrel 1 having an injection needle connecting part 11 at the forward end and an open end at the back end, an opening part 31 and a soft drum part 32, wherein the syringe includes a plastic tube container 3 prefilled with a medicinal liquid S, which is stored in the barrel 1 in such a manner that the opening part 31 is inserted in an inner cavity of the injection needle connecting part 11 of the barrel 1, and a plunger 2 inserted in the barrel 1 where the tube container 3 is stored from the open end side of the barrel 1 in such a manner as to freely slide. When the plunger 2 is pressed, the drum part 32 of the crushed plastic tube container 3 is separated from the inner wall of the barrel 1 to be tucked in between the barrel 1 and the plunger 2. |
