<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the overgrowth of cells into a stent, maintain the flexibility of a carrier, and prevent the peeing-off of a cover layer by providing the cover layer having practically no hole allowing the transit of cells on the inside, and providing a layer irregularly entangled with fibers on the outside. SOLUTION: The shape of a stent carrier 1 is not limited in particular, and a self-expansion type stent expanded by its elastic force is formed with an elastic material. A cover layer 2 having practically no hole allowing the transit of cells is formed on the inside of the stent carrier 1, and a layer 3 irregularly entangled with fibers is formed on the outside. As a means for fixing the cover layers 2, 3 to the stent carrier 1, the stent carrier 1 is pinched by the cover layers 2, 3 formed on the inside and outside, and the inside and outside cover layers 2, 3 are stuck together at the gap portions of the stent carrier 1. A polymer elastomer is suitable for the inside cover layer 2 in the flexible stent, and a well-known polymer material capable of forming fibers is used for the outside cover layer 3.</p> |
