<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recycle a constitutive part by intensively arranging electric connection such as a switch, a circuit and charging connection in an internal structure in a housing. SOLUTION: An internal structure is inserted and arranged inside a housing, and a main body is constituted, and electric connection such as a switch, a circuit and charging connection is intensively arranged in the internal structure. That is, a switch metal fitting 3 and a positive electrode connecting metal fitting are arranged on the obverse side on a chassis 2 as the internal structure, and a motor connecting metal fitting 5 and a battery negative electrode metal fitting 6 are respectively arranged on the reverse side. Next, a switch 7 operated intermittently according to process time is soldered (8) to the switch metal fitting 3 fixed to the chassis 2, and after wire lines 9 are temporarily fixed by being sandwiched in a groove part of the chassis 2, a main body circuit block 10 is installed on the chassis 2, and is soldered to four sheet metals in respective positions, and a chassis block 1 is constituted. In this way, since a part such as metal is gathered to a single mold, the other part is easily recycled.</p> |
