PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner foam trim panel utilizing an isocyanate reactant for hardening a foam panel. SOLUTION: A foam trim panel 22 is provided, and the foam panel is treated by a binder composition containing a polymerizable polymer and an organofunctional silica substance, and the treated panel is formed into the shape in which the organofunctional substance is reacted and cured, and actually cured to assist the foam panel to retain its desired shape.
