PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an in-mold decorating sheet which does not discolor for a long time even when it receives sunbeams and forms a molding having excellent weatherability by adding a specified quantity of ultraviolet absorbent in a transparent thermosetting resin composition to be impregnated into a base material sheet which is printed and patterned. SOLUTION: As an impregnating base sheet, for example, a titanium-mixed paper on which a geometrical pattern is printed by gravure printing is used. As a thermosetting resin composition 12 to be impregnated, for example, a material in which 0.05-5 pts.wt. of benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent based on 100 pts.wt. of a diallyl phthalate resin is added is impregnated into a base material sheet 11. It is dried so as to form an in-mold decorating sheet 1. Press molding upper and lower molds of a waterproof pan are respectively heated. At a decorating part of a washing place in the lower mold, the in-mold decorating sheet 1 is laid so as to make its printing surface face the mold. A necessary quantity of SMC is laid thereon as a thermosetting molding material 2, molded by pressing, and the mold is opened so as to release. |
