PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding method for foaming resin of a seal component of light and quick opening and closing operation of good bonding properties as a seal component for the opening and closing sections of an automobile door, trunk and the like. SOLUTION: A thin film of a synthetic resin is constituted on the outer periphery of a foaming base 5 of a foamed material composed of traveling rubber of a synthetic resin in the longitudinal direction by a first extrusion molding machine 2 while the foaming base 5 is passed through inside a molding die 3. Then, the foaming base is passed through a cooling water tank 10 and processed by a short length cutter 12. A wiring component of little friction on its surface is formed by molding a rough surface thin film forming a rough surface section with fine irregularities, composed of a synthetic resin of a mixture of two kinds of powders or particles of different points of low viscosity polyethylene and high viscosity polyethylene, on the surface of the outer periphery of the thin film by a second extrusion molding machine when the foaming base 5 of the traveling foamed material is passed through inside the molding die 3.
