PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to draw a bent tube rubber hose by a small drawing force and to eliminate the bending deformation of a mandrel without generating a failure such as biting of the hose surface. SOLUTION: A bent shape mandrel body 4 and a mandrel having a collar 5 movably provided along the axial direction on the outer periphery of the straight part of the base 4b side are used. The body 4 and the collar 5 are relatively moved to apply the force of the drawing direction from the base 4b side to the rear end of a bent tube rubber hose 1 to move the hose 1, and subsequently the hose 1 is grasped and drawn.
