PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deterioration of service during the period of having only a single new or old elevator mixed in a group of elevators when existing group supervisory operated elevators are replaced with new ones by making the single elevator serve only for car call and replay only to landing call. SOLUTION: When group supervisory operated elevators are replaced, a new first elevator is installed after removing an old first elevator. In this case, a signal of the old first elevator is disconnected from an old group supervisory operating panel 16 and made independent of the system before removing the old first elevator. After removing the old first elevator, a new group supervisory operated panel 26 is installed on a new first elevator when a control panel 21-1 is installed thereon and the new control panel 21-1 and the new group supervisory operating panel 26 are connected together with a signal line 27-1. After assembling a new car, a new car calling in registering device 22-1 is installed on the new first elevator and connected together with the new control panel 21-1 with a signal line 24-1. |
