PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new antibody produced from a fused cell of mammal antibody-producing cell immunized using antiobestic proteins as antigens with a myeloma cell and capable of specifically reacting with an antiobestic protein. SOLUTION: This new antiobestic protein monoclonal antibody is produced from a hybridoma obtained by fusion of mammal antibody-producing cell immunized by using antiobestic protein or its part as an antigen with myeloma cell and capable of specifically reacting with antiobestic protein and useful for determining the antiobestic protein in high accuracy and reproducibility. The monoclonal antibody is obtained by administering an antiobestic protein to BALB/C-based mouse together with an adjuvant, immunizing mouse, collecting the spleen cell after final immunization, fusing the cell with myeloma cell strains, selecting an antibody-producing cell by screening to afford a hybridoma, cloning the hybridoma, carrying out cell culture of cloned hybridoma and separating a produced antibody from the culture solution. |
