PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coated molding, easily handleable on its molding process without causing a trouble, capable of giving the high quality plastic product high in the hardness of the surface, excellent in abrasion resistance, capable of preventing the generation of cracks and scratches, and good in appearance. SOLUTION: This method for producing a coated molding comprises coating the surface of a molded substrate with a surface-treating agent containing a thermally curable thermosetting resin composition and an actinic energy ray-curable resin composition capable of being cured by the radiation of defined actinic energy rays such as light, e.g. visible light or ultraviolet light, or radiations such as X-rays, gamma rays or electron beam, radiating the obtained laminated product with the actinic energy rays to semi-cure the coated surface- treating agent, molding the laminated product into a prescribed shape in the semi-cured state, and subsequently heating the molded laminated product to wholly cure the surface-treating agent. |
