SOLUTION: When a cowl top cover is manufactured, a hollow part extending in the car lateral direction is formed at the thick wall part at the lower surface, in particular, by a gas filling injection molding. That is, after a resin is injected in a cavity, a gas is filled from a gas nozzle to form a pipe form hollow 3 while the resin is being melted. A hollow extension formed at this time is cut off to form an opening, and a washer liquid diffusion member 2 is fixed to the opening. A washer liquid hose is connected to a washer liquid filling port formed on the lower surface of the cowl top cover. Consequently, the number of part items at the shifting part of the washer liquid is reduced, as well as the rigidity of the cowl top cover is improved. |
