摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sufficient strength against large horizontal force by providing an oblique hole extended from the lateral side surface of a columnar part into a foundation part, inserting a rodlike fiber-reinforced resin composite material into this hole, and filling a non-shrinkable filler into the foundation part hole after insertion. SOLUTION: An oblique hole 4 extended from the lateral side surface of a columnar part 1 into a foundation part 2 is provided, a rodlike fiber-reinforced resin composite material 3 is inserted into the hole 4, and a non-shrinkable filler 5 is filled within the foundation part hole after insertion. After this filler 5 is hardened, the fiber-reinforced resin composite material 3 is stretched, and a fixation is then performed by use of a fixing device. The non-shrinkable filler is successively filled into the hole space of the columnar part 1 where the fixing work is terminated. After the filler within the hole space of the columnar part is hardened, the fixing device is removed. Thus, even when a large lateral external force such as earthquake is caused to such a structure having the columnar part 1 and the foundation part 2, this structure is hardly damaged.
