PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a sheath pipe without providing a mounting hole on the side frame of a form by making the surface contacting the end part of a sheath pipe into a semi-spherical form, and providing a magnet on the surface making contact with the form. SOLUTION: A sheath pipe mounting device 21 has a semi-spherical surface 22 contacting the end part of a sheath pipe 6, and a magnet 23 to be attracted to the side frame 7 of a form 4 which is buried in the surface contacting the side frame 7. When this mounting device 21 is applied to the manufacture of a rectangular concrete bridge girder, the mounting devices 21 are fixed to the parts corresponding to the forming position of a horizontal, fastening hole within the inner surfaces of side frames 7, 7 by the attraction of the magnets 23 so as to be opposed thereto, and the sheath pipe 6 is erected between the semi-spherical surfaces 22, 22 of both the mounting devices 21, 21. The sheath pipe 6 is regulated in length by a regulating pipe 25, and stressed between both the mounting devices 21, 21, whereby both ends are pressed onto the semi- spherical surfaces 22, and the sheath pipe 6 is arranged in parallel to the lateral direction of the concrete bridge girder. |
