PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a fixed amt. of a liquid material to a drawing part etc. by one time of valve opening action with a valve device for writing implements for liquid material and appliances for coating application and to reduce the outside diameter size of the device. SOLUTION: The inner periphery of a valve seat 6 is provided with a first sealing projection 6b which comes into sliding contact with the outer periphery of a valve stem 4 while a tapered surface 4a parts from a valve port 6a and the valve stem 4 retreats to a prescribed distance A. The outer periphery in the front part of the valve stem 4 is provided with a stepped part 4b which discharges the liquid material forward by forming a spacing with the first sealing projection 6b after the valve stem 4 retreats further after the retreat to the prescribed distance A. The inner periphery of a spring rest 2 is provided with a second sealing projection 2b which comes into sliding contact with the outer periphery of the valve stem 4 after the tapered surface 4a parts from the valve port 6a. An introducing window 12 for introducing the liquid material into the spring rest 2 is formed in the state of pressing the tapered surface 4a to the valve part 6 in a middle-diameter cylindrical part 2f between the second sealing projection 2b and an aperture 2c at the rear end.
