PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load applied to a worker at a production spot and surely provide a proper work standard document by receiving a retrieved work standard document, transmitting it to each corresponding step terminal unit, and providing delivering means for presentation to a user. SOLUTION: According to product information of each step collected by product information collection means 101 retrieval means 112 and signal transmitting or delivering means 113 are actuated, and then a work standard document relating to a step where a product indicated by the product information is processed next is automatically retrieved from a work standard library 111 and it us transmitted to a terminal unit 102. The work standard document retrieved by the retrieving means 112 is received and it is delivered to a corresponding step terminal unit 102 through the transmitting means 113, and it is thereby indicated to a worker.
