PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely keep the airtightness within an air bag, by interposing an inner housing extending in the longitudinal direction of a gas generator, along the periphery of the engaging member set around the gas generator, between the bag cloth of the air bag fixing the gas generator and a gas spouting hole. SOLUTION: An inner housing 50, which extends in the longitudinal direction of a gas generator 20, along the gas generator 20 to charge an air bag 10 with gas and the periphery 34 of the sleeve 30 set around the gas generator 20, is interposed between the outer face of the gas generator 20 and the inner face of the air bag 10, and the cloth of the air bag 10 and the sleeve 30 of the inner housing 50 are fastened from the outer face side of an outer housing 60 to be superposed around the inner housing 50 from outside the air bag 10, whereby the gas generator 20 is fixed airtightly in the specified position of the air bag. By the above, the air bag can be unfolded quickly and besides surely, preventing the bag cloth from being damaged. |
