PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfortableness of an occupant, by performing changeover selection from a heat blow mode to a bilevel blow mode at suitable time regardless of the daytime and nighttime. SOLUTION: A blow mode selective control part 1, having at least a bilevel blow mode and a heat blow mode, and selecting the bilevel blow mode in place of the heat blow mode in the case that a target blow temperature Tm of conditioned air is decreased lower than a preset switching temperature Tk, is provided. In this blow mode selective control part 1, a nighttime control function is provided, which sets the switching temperature Tk to a value lower than an ordinary value by a prescribed amount in the case that a detection value N of a solar radiation sensor detecting a solar radiation amount in a car room is less than a preset threshold valueα.
