摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the edge cut of the thermally fusion bonded part by laminating mixed nonwoven fabric on the one outer surface of a microporous film made of polyethylene resin, and laminating mixed nonwoven fabric blended with rayon fiber on the other outer surface. SOLUTION: The microporous film B made of polyethylene resin is used as an intermediate layer. A mixed nonwoven fabric A made of the fiber of polyolefin resin blended with rayon fiber is laminated on the one outer surface of the film B, and mixed nonwoven fabric C made of polyethylene resin fiber and polypropylene resin fiber is laminated on the other outer surface. Accordingly, the external appearance and the sense of touch by hand of the microporous laminate are improved by the fabric A, and the external appearance when it is thermally fusion bonded to the opening flange of a polypropylene vessel is improved. Further, the adhesive strength when it is thermally fusion bonded to the opening flange of the vessel made of the fabric C is improved. Thus, the edge cut of the thermally fusion bonded part can scarcely take place.</p>
