PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automobile-related member made of a polyacetal resin, which deteriorates very little in properties at high temperatures or in the presence of water or fuel by mixing a polyacetal resin with a fibrous reinforcement and a boric acid compound. SOLUTION: This member is obtained by molding a polyacetal resin composition prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. polyacetal resin having an MI of 1-10g/min with 3-20 pts.wt. fibrous reinforcement (e.g. glass or carbon fibers) having a fiber diameter of 5-30μm and 0.001-3 pts.wt. at least one boric acid compound selected from among orthoboric acid, metaboric acid, tetraboric acid and boron trioxide.
