PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove moisture adhering to the material to be sterilized and sterilizing gas in a sterilizing tank in a short time at the time of executing the sterilizing process in a sterilizer for executing the post-processing for performing air introduction and exhaust after the sterilizing process. SOLUTION: In a sterilizer in which the post-processing for performing air introduction and exhaust is executed after the sterilizing process for sterilizing material to be sterilized in a sterilizing tank 1, high-temperature compressed air is introduced into the sterilizing tank 1 to a designated pressure at the time of executing the post-processing, and then the pressure is kept during fixed time. Introduction of high-temperature compressed air and exhaust are repeated plural times, and before the introduction of high temperature compressed air, the vacuum suction is performed in each time. |
