PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a laser beam take-out aperture, to uniformize the distribution of temp. and enable good laser beam processing by blowing gas toward the center of an exothermic part of the laser beam take-out aperture at the slanting angle to the aperture surface. SOLUTION: The gas 2 from an injecting hole 1 is blown toward almost the center of the exothermic part of the laser beam through-aperture 3 at the slanting angle to the aperture surface 3. By this method, the temp. distribution as the whole body is uniformized, and the best cooling efficiency is achieved and a heat lens effect can be reduced and the good laser beam processing is executed. |
