<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with a handrail stored not to be bulky, an extra space effectively used, a wide coverage for adaptable range, stability in use, simple and light operability, no erroneous operation, safety of the handrail not to suddenly fall down and a simple structure. SOLUTION: In a correlation between a fixed axis and a rotator, the fixed axis passing through a lateral cylinder 22 matches a release groove 12 to a hold space 42 and the rotator is rotatable with the fixed axis as a fulcrum. In a correlation between the rotator and a clutch element 61, the clutch element 61 arranged in the hold space 42 and blocked from directional change is movable along the axial direction of a vertical cylinder 33. In a correlation among the rotator, a clutch body 51 and the clutch element 61, the clutch body 51 rotatably fitted into the vertical cylinder 33 and blocked from movement along the axial direction accepts the clutch element 61 into a hold groove which is faced to the hold space 42 side. In a correlation between the clutch body 51 and a handrail, the connection end of the handrail 101 is connected to the clutch body 51.</p> |
