PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a polyester resin foamed sheet of superior moldability. SOLUTION: The crystallinity index of one surface of sheet and the crystallinity index of the other surface of the sheet are set 15% or less respectively and the difference between the crystallinity of one surface and the crystallinity of the other surface of the sheet are set 2% or less by heating the extrusion foamed sheet of thickness of 0.5-3.0mm composed of polyester resin as a base resin to the temperature more than the glass transitiorl temperature and lower than the crystallizing temperature by 20 deg.C.
