PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chlorosulfonated ethylene-3a-olefin copolymer composition excellent in freeze resistance, bending test, etc. SOLUTION: This chlorosulfonated ethylene-α-olefin copolymer composition obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. of a chlorosulfointed ethylene-a-olefin copolymer composition containing 5.0-25.0wt.% of chlorine and 0.3-3.0wt.% sulfur with <=10 pts.wt. of a plasticizer and/or a softener and having <=-40 deg.C T100 by a low-temperature torsion test described by JIS-K-6301 is used.
