<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain quiet sound property at high levels without causing abnormal discharge even at high temperature. SOLUTION: This air cleaner is provided with an ionic wind inducing means formed of a discharge part and a counter electrode part, a dust collecting electrode 50, and dust collecting paper 51 for covering the dust collecting electrode. The surface of the dust collecting electrode 50 is covered with an insulating coating 52. A supporting member is not charged by potential of the dust collecting electrode to which high voltage negative potential is applied. therefore, abnormal discharge is not caused between the supporting member and the discharge part.</p> |
