摘要 A technique is described that can control the amplification degree of a light receiving part. The device includes a control part 1 for analyzing the quantity of reflected light and thereby controlling the power applied to a laser diode 2, the laser diode 2 emitting light according to the signals from the control part 1, a laser diode control part 3 for turning on/off the laser diode 2, a photo-diode 5 for converting the light signal from the laser diode 2 to a current signal, a current/voltage conversion part 6 for converting the current signal to a voltage signal, a wave shaping part 8 for converting the amplified signal from an amplification part 7 to a digital signal, a comparison part 9 for comparing the signal from the control part 1 with that from the wave shaping part 8, and a pick hold part 10 for control the amplification part 7 and laser diode 2. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the performance of the device from varying according to a target and weather condition.
