The hydromassage implement has a flat disc with multiple fingers (4,5) extending outwardly. The face carrying the fingers has apertures (6) between them to allow passage of water to the apertures from the shower head. The disc can be introduced into a shower head which has been adapted to it. Each finger can have a frusto-conical form with the cross section reducing away from the surface of the disc. The fingers can be in two rows with the longer ones outwardly of the shorter ones.
